The deposit for a NEW HELICOPTER is 10% of HelicopterSales.com's discounted price. Your deposit will be escrowed by Insured Aircraft Title Service. IATS will forward the required deposit to the manufacturer. IATS also will convey title to you upon payment by you of the balance due. Delivery arrangements are made between buyer and manufacturer. A confirmation of your order, including all contact numbers, will be sent to you upon receipt of your deposit.
USED HELICOPTERS listed on HelicopterSales.com can be secured with a one percent (1%) of the listed purchase price deposit. This deposit obligates the seller to remove the helicopter from the market for a period of up to 10 days. During this time, the buyer, or the buyer's agent, will have exclusive rights to inspect, and accept or reject, the helicopter. If the buyer rejects the helicopter after inspection, the deposit will be fully refunded immediately. If the buyer accepts the helicopter the deposit becomes part of the purchase price. A buyer may negotiate with the seller for a price other than the listed amount, and will arrange with the seller the payment and delivery options.
ALL FUNDS are processed through Insured Aircraft Title Service, Inc. (IATS) in Oklahoma City, OK. Payments can be made by credit card, certified check or wire transfer, in U.S. Dollars. IATS guarantees free and clear title to all helicopters and will record the proper documents with the FAA Aircraft Registry (or international governmental agencies) at closing.
In the case of INTERNATIONAL SALES, IATS also will file for the helicopter's deregistration with the appropriate governmental agency.
